Intro to TRX

Join local personal trainer and fitness guru, Joey Clark, in this introductory TRX class. TRX, which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

Registration is required ensure your spot. The class is limited to 8 students.
